N27 is a neutral cure silicone sealant, exclusively created for weather sealing and glazing applications. It forms a highly resistive weatherproof seal on windows and building facades.

N27 provides permanent elasticity and is not affected by exposure to sunlight, rain or snow etc. It has exceptional resistance to temperature extremes. Very low odor and noncorrosive. Excellent flexibility and adhesion to numerous porous and non-porous substrates.

Fast curing, low modulus, high elasticity. High viscosity non slump formula.
