SilFix Low Mod Silicone - White (310ml) is available for next day delivery from Brighton Tools

  • Non oxime based cure with reduced H&S issues.
  • Cures to form a durable, weatherproof seal flexible at low and high temperatures
  • Good adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces including PVCu, coated timber, brickwork, concrete, GRP, stainless / galvanised steel, aluminium and lead
  • Good tooling and application characteristics

Other features include low odour, fully weatherproof, high flexibility and primerless adhesion to most building substrates including glass and other glazed surfaces, PVCu, metals, wood and concrete.

APPLICATIONS:
Perimeter sealing of PVCu, wood and aluminium door and window frames.
Conservatories and construction jointing, excellent adhesion on porous substrates.
Suitable for HVAC, Roofing and weathersealing applications.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Surfaces to be sealed should be clean, dry and dust free. Apply between +5°C and +40°C.
Tool the sealant with a dry spatula within 10 minutes of application
